The role of Technical Specialist and Customer Success Manager is an important position responsible for leading and growing our Cloud Support and Optimisation offering. It is a hands-on role that not only requires technical skill but a strong consultative approach and success in delivering cloud migration and adoption projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing and mentoring a small team of support consultants to deliver highly responsive and exceptional customer service that exceeds our clients’ expectations. You will ensure our clients’ cloud environments are well maintained, enhanced and have optimal performance. In addition to business as usual activities, you will also take ownership of small projects involving migrating and deploying in Azure and Office 365. You will also provide input into the presales process and advise on defining, architecting and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions.
