Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional and Technical Consultant

Satalyst is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and Functional Consultant to join our team of experience and skilled IT professionals.

In this role, you will actively engage with clients to ensure solutions delivered are fit for purpose and meet client needs.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience delivering solutions with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and have consulting experience.

As a Dynamics CRM consultant, you will provide advice, expertise and specialist skills across the Dynamics CRM platform, CDS and Power platform to our clients, as well as providing Technical Leadership on CRM Projects.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you will have consulting experience together with knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CDS, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Portals and Power BI along with the following:

Technical Skills

The following technologies are important to us. Although we understand your level of experience may vary in certain areas, you will be expected to be advanced in several of these areas:

  • 5+ years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions into client organisations and companies
  • Strong experience with the Power Platform building solutions around PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Portals and Power BI
  • Proficient in the customisation and configuration of CDS solutions including CRM Plugins, Client Side Javascript, SSRS Reports, HTML Web Resources and Systems Integration
  • Proficient in the use of technologies and platforms such C#, .NET, CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints, Visual Studio, DevOps, TFS/VSTS, ETL technologies such as SSIS and Azure Data factory and CRM SDK
  • Proficient in the installation, configuration and deployment of CRM and CDS based solutions into client requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and Azure
  • Strong client consulting skills, a great communicator both written and orally
  • Able to apply business analysis skills to understand client requirements and business needs
  • Able to work on multiple projects and manage delivery expectations
  • Possesses leadership and people management skills.

Your Responsibilities

As a Dynamics CRM Consultant you will :

  • Lead a team of technical resources in the delivery of client projects
  • Conduct client workshops with key business users to gather and document business processes and system requirements
  • Design, architect and configure solutions that meet and satisfy the documented business processes and system requirements
  • Provide regular project status reporting to client project stakeholders
  • Provide clients with consulting and advisory services on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
  • Develop and deploy solutions into client environments
  • Deliver end user solution training
  • Be able to paint a technology vision and communicate its value to clients and Satalyst teammates
  • Operate in a team environment, contributing to delivery in a problem solving and team culture.
